About Mission Australia Employment Solutions

You’ve probably heard of us, but you might not know exactly what we do. We’re part of Mission Australia, which operates all over Australia and has lots of different community service programs. Because we’re not-for-profit, we put our profits back into local communities to help people lead better lives.

As an Employment Services provider, we assist candidates in their search for work, while providing employers with highly trained and job ready staff.

We’ve been going for 150 years and providing recruitment for over 30 years, so we’ve had lots of time to get really good at what we do.

Post Placement Support

Once you have hired a candidate*, Mission Australia will follow up regularly in the first few months to ensure a smooth transition. We can also provide support and encouragement to your new employee in the early stages of employment to help identify and address any issues that could have an impact on their ability to maintain long-term employment.

Training

We can enhance the skills of your new employee and provide them with a greater ability to perform a range of tasks within your workplace, as well as allowing you greater flexibility.

Screening

We screen all candidates according to your requirements before we send them to you for an interview. You can rest assured, we won't send you applicants unless we feel they are suitable for the job.
